Will I need to pay a deposit?

Yes please. We ask that all bookings are accompanied with a small £50 deposit to secure your cart or wishing tree.

When do I pay for the hire?

We ask that all bookings are paid for at least 4 weeks prior to the date of the event.

Which areas do you deliver to?

We are based in Essex and will deliver to any areas within the county. Please make direct enquiries if you are situated in the surrounding counties.

Breakages and damage – will I need to cover costs?

We request that our customers respect our property because we will not be present at your event.

However, we realise that sometimes accidents happen. Breakages and damage to our will be charged for at a minimum of £50. In the unlikely event we have to replace the cart, we will bill you at the cost price.

Health and Safety – How responsible are you?

We will never supply glass jars at children's parties, and will give our customer the option to select Perspex instead of glass containers at any other event.

Only paper candy bags will be provided, not plastic party bags. Please act responsibly when the cart is present as sweetie wrappers can cause choking.

Are there any cancellation charges?

If you cancel 4 weeks prior to the date of the event, we will retain your deposit, or half of the quoted price – whichever is less.

Should you cancel 2 weeks prior to the date, we cannot unfortunately refund your payment.
